Bucketlist....skydive...check..done

SKYDIVING......ARE YOU NUTS....

Heather has had on her bucket list to go skydiving.  Well, guess what.  Chad came home and surprised her with a chance to go.  She went to Longmont Colorado to do the jump.  Why would anyone  in their right mind jump out of a perfectly good airplane?
Looks awesome from the ground  I can only imagine what  it looks like from up there.
She looks like she fits right in with the program..  Nervous?????
Well, she is back on the ground safe and sound.  Way to go Heather.  Some people have the courage to do that.  Im not one of those.  Looks like alot of fun but no thanks.  Proud of you kiddo.

Fishing with the Boys

We got to watch Clayton and Triston one day while Crystal and Shane were off goofing off.  They were bored so we took them up fishing.  I think they had fun.
Tristen said he caught 3 and Clayton said he got one.  Tristen says he likes to river fish and Clayton says he likes to fish at the pond.  Either way is  fishing.

Smile for the Camera

Heather likes to go out and take pictures of Hadley.  These are a couple of the ones that she took.  She sure looks older than 10.  She likes her picture taken too.  Her mom never does.

Running Again

Well Crystal and Shane did  it again  this year.  They ran in the Ragnar Race. It goes from Logan to Park City.
Shanes brother Dustin and Crystal and Shanes neighbors and friends ran with them.  There is a group of 12 for each team that run the relay.  They ended up doing 198 miles over the weekend which was also Crystal and Shanes anniversary.  Way to go.  So proud of all of them.  Hard work but a great accoplishment.

Hadley and her horses

Heather and Chad have some horses that show up in the field next to them.  Our horse lover Hadley  names them. This one is Chompers.  She loves going and giving them treats and being with them.
She is not the least bit afraid of them.  They can tell that too.  She gets right in there.
Hey...look at that...What is that...funny huh.  Just like the horse knows exactly what  she is talking about.  Maybe she is the horse whisperer in a mini version.
Bell gets in the act too.  Maybe she is telling chompers about how wonderful Hadley is, and he better be nice to her.
What a pair.....cute Hadley

Trinity and Grandma Great

I went to Springville to part of Mikes wedding.  This is Donnie and Patrices son.  He was married on Friday and they had a reception and an ice cream social which is what I made it too.  Sharon also flew in to attend.  I was able to take Trinity with me.  We stopped on our way out of town and said goodbye to mom.  She made Trinity give her a hug.  Trin was fun to have along for the ride.

Xander is not feeling good

Xander was complaining that his leg hurt so Jamie took him in to see if something was broke or what was going on.  Well, after bloodwork and xrays  and ultra sounds they said he had a virus which caused fluid build up on his hip.  Never heard of that one before.
You know that Xander is not feeling good if he is laying on the couch all day and not up and running around.  She had to take him back a second time but he seems to be better now.  What a silly boy.  Couldnt catch a simple bug...

Toby is gone

Our poor Toby  is now in puppy heaven.  He got sick yesterday.  We took him to the vet and his kidneys were failing and I guess he was a diabetic.  Well last night he went down hill.  He couldnt eat  or drink.  I think he might of had a stroke.  He layed there and was yelping so we decided to call the vet and we took Toby to Big Piney to have him put down and he passed away on the way up there. So we brought him home and buried him  in the back yard.  Poor Lady doesnt know how to act now.  Darn it anyway.  Love you Toby...See you on the rainbow bridge

MaKenna Gets Baptized

Kenna Jo was baptized and we had the privilage of going down and watching and being part of it.  She has grown up so much.
Talk about growing up....Look at this family.  How grown up they all are.  What a beautiful family.
Jalen did the baptism for Kenna and Richard did the confirmation.  It was so cool to see Jalen do his little sister.  Man was I a proud grandma....
Kim and Bryson did the talk on the Holy Ghost.  They both did a good job. Kim didnt seem scared at all.   I know she doesnt like being in front of people.  Bryson said he was so nervous but he did  a wonderul job too.

Glad we got to be a part of it.  Thanks guys.

Trinity graduated from 5th grade.  They had a little program and slide show.  This is Trinity telling about her time at Clark Elementary.
Its hard moving on mom.  Kinda scarey movin on to something new.  They were all crying though.  Even the principlr had a hard time talking cuz he likes the kids so much.  Way to go TRIN.

Hadley at Grandma and Grandpas

We went to Laramie before Memorial day to visit Heather and Chad and Hadley.  When we were coming home we brought Hadley with us.  She was so much fun to have around.  This is a picture at Pizza  Hut.
She is so grown up now we dont have to do hair or anything for her any more.  Not fair.  She is a beauty.  So cute and growing up way to fast.
We went to Evanston for emorial day and met up with Jamie and the kids. This is Trinity and Hadley.  Trin is 11 and Hadley will be 11 in October.  We sure have cute grandkids.  In the background is Russ and his brother Byron.

Hammy

Clayton did a play at school where the Toy Sorty charactures traveled through time to see the history of Wyoming.  Clayton so loved his part....he was HAMMY the pig.  He did a very good job.  He had alot of parts to say and he never missed abeat.
He had a little bit of a hard time getting the red nose off the next day for school.  He said his nose hurt from scrubbing so much.  It was very good though.  Loved watching it.

Crystal Graduates

Crystal graduated  from Rock Springs with her Associates degree in Elemetary Education.  It was such a neat night to see your daughter graduate.  We are so very proud of her and I know Shane and the boys are also.  It was alot of work but she stuck to it and the family all stood by her while she accomplished it.  Love you Kiddo.
