Payson Homecoming

Jalen was ready to go to his homecoming dance. Very handsome young man. Can yu believe it...old enough to go to homecoming and dating. Man where did the time go.

Jalen and his date jordan as they were getting ready to go to Homecoming. Never thought I would have a grandson old enough to go to homecoming. I guess that makes me old. I remember when his mom went to the dances.

Labor Day in Evanston

This is cowboy Qunton. We got to be on our usual corner on Front Street to watch the Labor day parade. We have been there every year since i can remember. Dad use to always go and park his car on the corner so we could all be in the best spot to watch the parade. Dad has been gone 5 years and we are still trying to keep up the tradition. We miss those that cant come.

Clayton with his new cowboy hat and grandpa waiting patiently for the parade to start....on our corner

Okay...so when I went down to see mom and take her to Jalens game I spent the night at Kim and Richards. Bryson was telling me how he doesnt like to be the center of attention....Does that not include pictures. You sure couldnt tell he dont like being noticed. You are funny Bryson. And of course MaKenna is hiding in the background

I went to Springville to see mom on Thusday the 7th of
September. Hadnt seen her for awhile so I thought I better get down there and see her before the snow flies I call her every night but i needed to go down. I took her to Payson to watch Jalen, her great grandson, paly football. it was really nice out. I told her his uniform number and she kept track of him the whole game. She knew when he was going out on the field before we did. Way to go , MOM..

Dad's Birthday, 2011

September 5th was dad's birthday. We went to Evanston and watched the parade on our usual corner on Front Street. Dad alwasy parked his car there early in the morning so we could have our spot every time. Well, now we have to come from kemmerer to park on the corner. After the parade we went with the kids to eat and then Russ and i and Jamie and Xander went and put flowers on dad's grave. Hard to believe he has been gone five years. Miss him very much...
