Going to See Grandma

Heather and Hadley came home to get their dog. heather wanted to make a trip to see grandma so we picked up jamie and her kids in Evanston and met up with Kim and her kids and had a picnic in the park with mom and her grandkids. I think she had a really good time. Donnie and patrice and their daughter Tracee and her family also met up with us, so mom had quite a crew.

This is grandma with all the great grandkids. In back there is Hadley holding Xander and Jalen is leaning on Bryson. In front is Trinity and Quinton and grandma and MaKenna Jo. Quite a crew. Crystal and her family were not able to make it.

We have Kim's family. It is Kenna jo...who did not want her picture taken, but i got her anyway.....grandma Bryson, Jalen , and Kimberly.

Next we have Heather and Hadley and grandma. Glad we got to make it down for everyone to get to see grandma. She is 83 and doing quite well.

Fourth of July

We spent the Fourth of July with Crystal and Shane and the boys. It was fun. We had a bar-b-q with his parents and grandmas. It was very nice. Then we did fireworks. Clyton i

s being very brave lighting off this one. Crystal and Shane look really excited dont they. Comfort and being warm and shooting them off in yoour chairs. What more do you need?

Clayton was being a clown with his sparkler. He liked all the fireworks. Especially the loud ones. So does Shane and Tristen.

Tristen looks realy into it huh. Actually he was. he was having a good time. The more the better and the louder the better. It was awonderful day.

sleepover

Trinity and Quinton came over to spend time with us. When we were over there, Trinity says...I have a bone to pick with you. I said...yeah...She said when do we ever get to come and stay with you. Their parents gave in and we got them for a couple of nights. This is them all dressed up and ready to go to church with us. They were fun to have.

Dog sitting....

Had a great time watching Bell...She finally got relaxed enough to rest. She is a really good dog. Loves to eat whatever is left out on the cupboards.

Dont know how many times we came home and she didnt meet us at the door with her ball. We walk upstairs and there are wrapping papers from things she has gotten into. She knew she had doen wrong and put herself in her kennel. Then she comes out and sits on my feet and look up at me with squinted eyes as if to say olease forgive me. I didnt mean too. Im sorry. The look on her face is priceless. Cant be mad at her. We left the food out. Im just glad we didnt make her sick. Im sure Hadley would not have been happy to have a sick dog.
