Russ

This is a picture a year ago because Xander is just a baby, but for now this is the picture I have of Russ., He doesnt like his picture taken for one thing. Anyway...since December of 2010 he has not felt good. he has had a very bad cough. he just hasnt felt good. Now on March 21, 2011 we took him to the ER in Evanston to have his foot checked cuz he thought he had gout which he does but he also has heart problems. He was sent to Salt Lake to the Riverton Hospital to have an echo done. They found that he has a blood clot on his heart where there was damage from the heart attack back in 1995. They put him on blood thinner medicine along with other meds to try and dissolve the clot. he just doesnt feel good right now. His leg is also getting swollen. I dont know if it is heart related or medicine side affects. Dang anyway.

Babe

On February 18th, 2011, our poor Babe finally lost her battle. it was very hard to let her go. She was a wonderful addition to our family. She started out as Jalen's dog. her name is actually Jalen's Babe. When Kim moved away and couldnt take her, we got to keep her. We loved her very much and will miss her just as much. Til We meet on the Rainbow Bridge

Elmer Kids

The kids were relaxing before bed time. They are so easy to watch. Im glad I got to go over and help take care of them. Im glad Bill got to go learn outdoor survival in Colorado so that I could go help with the kids. I love all of my grandkids.
Xander is somuch fun. he kept me on my toes. I forgot how much fun a little one can be. he would go up to the tv and look at you and then try to shut it off or puch a button. you would jump up and grab him and tell him no and he would run and try to move the stool that blcoks him from going down the stairs. Soooo cute. Made me tired but i am also old. What a doll.

Quinton is coloring on one of the books I gave him. he has the cutest smile. he grins ear to ear every time the camera comes around. What a fun kid.

On Monday the 7th of February, 2011 I left Kemmerer at 1:30 and went to Evanston to help Jamie with the kids while Bill was in Colorado for training for his job for a week. I made it there and no kidding...10 minutes later the snow came and the roads were closed. How crazy. Trinity was just so sure that i had not made it. I almost didnt. if I had waited any longer i would not have made it. This is our beautiful Trinity coloring a book i gave her.

39 and holding....

Today..February 5th is Russ and I's 39 anniversary. Time has been very good to us. We have a very wonderful family. Four beautiful and healthy daughters with wonderful husbands. The grandchildren are the best in the whole world. i think God has blessed us with the best. We are so thankful for all that we have.

Bryson is now 10

Bryson is the first of the four grandkids to turn 10. Where does the time go. Seems like just yesterday we were there for him being born. Now he is 10. We missed going down to his birthday. Grandpa wasnt feeling good and this weekend it is snowing and blowing. Go figure. I hope he had a wonderful day. he is quite the young man. So literal. I said wow, you need to stop growing. you are 10 already. He said...of course....Grandma....I dont think I have any control over that. So funny. What a young man. Love you lots. Bryson.

Clayton's Swim Meet 2011

Clayton had his first swim meet. This is the whole group. He did a veery good job. It was so much fun going and watching all the kids swim. I think I like the younger kids instead of bigger people. They are more fun. Clayton did an awesome job. Very proud of him.

He was getting ready to do his flip turn to go back and do the rest of his 50 freestyle. Good job Clayton

this is the whole group again cheering for kemmerer. i think they had alot of fun. They all seemed very tired when they were done.

Here is young mister clayton just hanging out waiting for his race to start.

Had to have a before picture. he didnt like his swim hat though.

He looks like a swimmer doesnt he. I had so much fun going and watching him and the other kids swim. if you ever go to a meet though. Dont go to the pool in a sweatshirt. it is way to hot. it was about 85 in the area. Hot for us but good for the swimmers. Good Job Clayton
